The Organizing Committee of the Irish Plant Scientists association meeting (IPSAM) 2013 would like to thank you for attending the annual IPSAM 2013 event held this year at NUI Galway on the 16th-17th May. Your support and attendance made it a success. IPSAM 2013 attracted over 75 registrants from the wide denomination of plant science including phytochemistry, plant molecular genetics, plant epigenetics, paleobotany, algal & lichen biology, plant development, molecular biology, plant biodiversity, ecology, forestry & tree biology, crop sciences and economic botany.

We would also like to thank the conference office here at NUI Galway for their wonderful assistance in setting up this event.
